Ash Gardner had been the record-holder, with her ton for Syndey Sixers last year coming in 47 balls.
In beating that mark by quite some distance, Harris also became the first batter to score two centuries in the WBBL.
Her previous hundred came against the Sixers in December 2015.
Earlier, Harris's team-mates had restricted the Stars to 132 for 7, with Jess Jonasen claiming 3-17.
