The 27-year-old first appeared in her state’s senior team when she had only just become a teenager.
Five years later, at the age of just 18, she made her international debut – albeit in a one-sided defeat against Australia.
Since then, for a while she found herself in and out of the national team – certainly up until 2018.
Her ODI record, though, stands up nicely – she has passed fifty on eight occasions out of just 41 innings.
On the T20 circuit, however, she has been guilty of throwing away her starts.
For India, she has made just two half centuries in 56 knocks.
