Jamacia-born Henry has featured in various squads throughout her playing career for the West Indies, and was awarded a central contract ahead of this season.

After making her T20 debut in 2013 against England, her ODI bow followed in 2014 against New Zealand, but she couldn’t sustain her place in the side, leading to a three-year absence from the side.

She came back into the T20 squad in 2016, after the T20 World Cup triumph and ensured that the opportunity was not wasted with quick runs towards the lower order.

As a result, after five years away from the 50-over format, she returned in 2018 to ODIs, and was selected for the 2018 T20 World Cup.

Henry is incredibly fast in the outfield, especially around the boundary where she saves countless runs.

She is also capable of delivering economic spells of seam bowling when her team needs, as well as a quick hit at the end of an innings.
