Alarm bell should be ringing through the England camp. Yes it is only one defeat but on this showing England will struggle to make the last four. Aside form Archer the bowling looks very samey and vulnerable. It is not often a team loses a 50 over game after two of its batsmen have hit centuries. I understand the reasons but it still is a great pity Alex Hales is not in the squad if only to exert a bit of pressure on Bairstow and Roy.
