Northamptonshire have announced that batsman Josh Cobb has signed a contract extensions which will keep him at the county until at least 2020.
Cobb joined Northants from Leicestershire in 2015, and has become an integral part of their team in all formats - particularly T20.
He put in a man of the match performance in the 2016 T20 Blast final as Northants claimed their second title, scoring 80 off 40 balls.
He sits at No.259 in the T20 Player Index, above more lauded figures like Ben Dunk who was part of the Melbourne Stars which lost the Big Bash final to the Melbourne Renegades.

"I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my first four years with the club," Cobb said.
"We’ve been competing for and winning trophies in three of the four years I have been here. After a tough test last year, I’m looking forward to us getting back on track this season and delighted to have extended my time at Northamptonshire."
Head coach David Ripley added: "It's great news that Josh has signed a new deal. His white-ball cricket has been outstanding since joining us, one of the most consistent in the country.
"He backs his explosive batting up with economic off-spin, excellent tactical knowledge and a very safe pair of hands in the field. I know there is more consistency to come in red ball cricket, where he can turn a game around very quickly."
