26-year-old Stevenson featured in 10 Vitality Blast matches last season, taking nine wickets for the club
Hampshire pair Ryan Stevenson and Felix Organ have committed their futures to the club, with both signing contract extensions to keep them at the Ageas until the end of the 2020 season.
26-year-old Stevenson featured in 10 Vitality Blast matches last season, taking nine wickets.
After missing the 2017 season with a back stress-fracture, the bowler returned to claim 31 second XI wickets in 21 matches.
Stevenson said he is honoured to represent the club: "I’m excited to have signed a new contract extension here at Hampshire - it’s a great club and one I feel honoured to represent. I’m looking forward to helping the team as much as I can and hopefully I can contribute over the next two years."
Director of cricket, Giles White said: "Ryan’s attitude to rehab over the last couple of years has been outstanding and he impressed on his return to the squad this year, bowling well and with good pace during our T20 campaign and as part of the second XI."
19-year-old Organ has also impressed in the second XI, scoring 862 runs at 49.91 in Championship matches in 2018.
White said: "Felix is an exciting prospect and he also had a strong season for the second XI, as well as the Academy side, making valuable contributions with the bat throughout this season. It’s been great to see both players progress this season and these extensions gives them an opportunity to continue to develop their games here with us over the next couple of years."
