Usman Khawaja has received the all-clear after being hit on the helmet by an Andre Russell bouncer during Australia's World Cup warm-up game against West Indies.
Khawaja was on five when he was struck on the side of the head by the rising delivery during the clash at the Ageas Bowl on Wednesday.
He retired hurt after consultation with the Aussie medical team on the field and subsequently went to hospital for scans.
There were concerns he may have sustained damage to his jaw but X-rays came back showing no serious problems.

Khawaja is now expected to be available for Australia's next warm-up game, against England on Saturday.
"It was very scary," said Shaun Marsh. "It copped him on the side of the cheekbone...
"The main thing is he is OK and can bounce back pretty quickly. (Khawaja was) a bit shaken, as you are when you get hit on the head. But he is a tough cookie, Uzzy, and he'll be ready to go."
Marsh and Steve Smith both made half-centuries as Australia chased down West Indies' 230 with ease, winning with 11 overs to spare.
