The third edition of the Women's Premier League is scheduled to return in 2025, preceded by the player auction. Retentions were confirmed on November 7.
After the window for the five franchises to retain players closed, with 71 held over, just 19 slots remained. They were filled during the player auction held on December 15.
Currently, each squad can have up to 18 players, within their respective purses. Six overseas players can be selected in a squad. Teams can play a maximum of five in a matchday XI, but one must come from an associate nation.
