Brisbane Heat take on Adelaide Strikers in match 19 of the WBBL; the eighth edition of the tournament.
The game is scheduled to start at 6.10pm local time (9.10am BST) on Thursday, October 27.
Allan Border Field in Brisbane is set to stage this match.
Adelaide Strikers are coming into this game off the back of a comprehensive victory against Melbourne Renegades earlier in the week. They had a poor start to the tournament but have now secured two wins in their last two matches.
The Strikers will be encouraged by overseas star Deandra Dottin finding form in their last game, scoring 55 off 55 balls. The West Indian opener is a huge talent, capable of taking down any bowling attack and the Heat will hope to get her out early.
Maddie Penna has been scoring useful runs at the backend of the innings for Adelaide, smashing 39 off 25 in their win over the Sixers last Friday, but Laura Wolvaardt will need to push on to some bigger totals to make more of an impact on results for her side.
With the ball, Amanda-Jade Wellington will be full of confidence after equalling her own WBBL bowling with stunning figures of 5 for 8 against Melbourne Renegades. Darcie Brown has found some form in the last two matches, taking 3 for 17 and 1 for 23, and the experiment with Jemma Barsby opening the bowling worked on Tuesday.
Brisbane Heat, meanwhile, are at the top of the table. Georgia Redmayne has been superb at the top of the order and is currently the leading runscorer in WBBL08. 19-year old talent Georgia Voll, who has impressed in the middle order, will be looking to build on her strong starts.
Despite faultering when chasing 139 on Tuesday, Amelia Kerr and Charli Knott stepped up, showing they have match-winners throughout their batting lineup. Spin duo Kerr and Jess Jonassen have been consistently performing for Brisbane with the ball, having taken eight and seven wickets respectively in the tounrament so far.

The last time the two sides met was in last year's playoff when the Strikers won by eight wickets with 21 balls remaining. In that match, Wellington claimed 5 for 8 for the first time and Katie Mack scored an unbeaten half-century.
It will be interesting to see how the Heat batters approach Wellington who, as she has recently shown, can quickly rip through a batting lineup. Brisbane's top order collapsed in their win against Thunder and may show more caution against the Strikers' bowlers.
Despite scoring 55 in her last match, Dottin has been uncharacteristically slow this tournament. Now she has spent some time in the middle, she may look to score quicker in the powerplay.
The weather is expected to be partly cloudy with temperatures around 24 degrees Celsius.
