Lauren Winfield-Hill (Northern Diamonds)

A commanding half century from Winfield-Hill helped Northern Diamonds return to winning ways in their convincing five-wicket victory against Sunrisers.

Winfield-Hill, building on a series of assured performances at the top of the order in the competition to date (and on the back of being the player of the year in last year's edition), hit 51 off 43 as she steered Diamonds to victory, while her 42 off 40 was a commendable effort in their seven-wicket defeat to Central Sparks in the match previous.

Eve Jones (Central Sparks)

Jones finished unbeaten on 67 off 111 in Sparks' first victory of this year's competition.

Combining for a 98-run second-wicket partnership with Abbey Freeborn, Jones hit eight fours on her way to victory, handing the defending champions their first defeat of the season in the process.

Orla Prendergast (Western Storm)

All of two days after joining her new team, Prendergast announced herself to the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy in the best possible fashion: a century on debut helping Western Storm overcome Thunder by six wickets.

The Ireland international shared a third-wicket stand of 186 with Fran Wilson on her way to a magnificent run-a-ball 115, including 11 fours and one six.

Paige Scholfield (South East Stars)

A second century in three matches made Scholfield a stand-out performer this week. The Stars recovered from 19 for 3 to post 296, a platform from which they would eventually crush Western Storm by 207 runs in Bristol.

As England head coach Jon Lewis watched on, the in-form Scholfield combined with Tash Farrant for a 128-run seventh-wicket stand as she notched up 134 not out off just 109 balls, including 14 fours and three sixes.

Georgia Adams (Southern Vipers)

Notable performances with bat and ball have seen Adams' Vipers win both of their last two matches as they consolidate their position in the mid-table. In her last outing, figures of 4 for 30, followed by a composed 50 off 71, led her team to three-wicket win over Central Sparks.

This consolidates her useful 31 off 37 in the previous round, including taking the vital wicket of Scholfield as Vipers overcame South East Stars by 158 runs.

Alice Capsey (South East Stars)

She may have faltered with the bat, but a classy six-fer with the ball was decisive in Stars' 207-run drubbing of the Western Storm.

After not bowling in their previous match, Capsey prised out a number of key wickets as they limited Storm to a total of just 89. Capsey dismissed Prendergast for just 16, while she also mopped up the tail on her way to match figures of 6 for 28 from 7.5 overs.

Charlie Dean (Souther Vipers)

In perfect harmony with fellow England international and Vipers colleague Lauren Bell, Charlie Dean's contribution proved decisive in wrapping up their 158-run victory over South East Stars. Figures of 3 for 18, complimenting Lauren Bell's 4 for 37, ensured Stars' tail was unable to wag as they fell to a defeat.

In the most recent victory against the Central Sparks, Dean also contributed with both bat and ball, economical figures of 1 for 28 from her 10 and a well-made 42 off 55 steering the Vipers to their second win in as many games.

Sarah Glenn (The Blaze)

A consummate performance with both bat and ball from Glenn proved enough to see Blaze outshine Sunrisers by three wickets in their only match of the week – their other against Thunder was washed out without a ball being bowled.

The leg-spinner's international pedigree preceded her as she took 4 for 22 in the first innings, followed by returning a vital 30 off 27 in the second to combine with England colleague Tammy Beaumont for a 72-run stand.

Georgia Davis (Central Sparks)

Fighting for prominence in a stacked Sparks bowling outfit, an important contribution against Northern Diamonds helped her team pick-up their first win of the competition so far.

She unpicked the Diamonds' lower order with match figures of 4 for 19, seeing the last seven wickets fall for just 40 as Sparks raced to a commanding seven-wicket victory with 70 balls to spare.

Lauren Bell (Southern Vipers)

The England seamer's figures of 4 for 37 helped the Southern Vipers take a dominant 158-run victory over the South East Stars.

While unable to convert two hat-trick chances, she dismantled Stars' top order, removing any possibility of an improbable comeback from the hosts.

Mahika Gaur (Thunder)

Despite her last match being abandoned due to rain, Gaur makes the cut for a debut performance beyond her years.

At just 17 years old, the tall English-born Emirati left-arm seamer shone with the ball despite her team falling to a six-wicket defeat, using her height to dismantle Western Storm's openers on her way to impressive figures of 3 for 39.
