Fellow England international Tammy Beaumont, who represented Lightning (The Blaze's previous incarnation), has also committed to the Nottinghamshire-based side
The Blaze have locked in three England internationals ahead of the 2023 season, with Nat Sciver-Brunt and Sarah Glenn joining from rival regions.
Tammy Beaumont, meanwhile, who spent the past three seasons with Lightning (The Blaze's previous incarnation), has signed a contract extension with the East Midlands-based side.
Sciver-Brunt, who represents Nottinghamshire franchise Trent Rockets in The Hundred, joins The Blaze from Northern Diamonds. The allrounder spent three seasons with Diamonds, scoring 134 runs and taking four wickets in five Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy outings and a further 56 runs in three Charlotte Edwards Cup appearances.
Glenn has been lured away from Midlands rivals Central Sparks. She picked up 24 wickets in 17 outings across both white-ball formats for the Sparks as well as scoring 231 runs, including one List A half-century.

Head coach, Chris Guest, said: "We are delighted that Nat, Sarah and Tammy have decided to be with us for 2023.
"Tammy has been here for a few years; she is brilliant to have around the dressing room. She has bought into our efforts to drive standards, and Nat and Sarah will no doubt do the same.
"They are all game-winners in their own right, and they add strength to our squad of players who have been working hard through the winter."
"We have a talented young group, and exposure to players with international pedigree can only be a good thing for their development. I'm excited to see how we compete on the field this year with the three of them on our side."
The Blaze have struggled since the regional restructuring in 2020, failing to progress beyond the group stages in either competition. They have been particularly poor in the Charlotte Edwards Cup, winning just one match from a possible 12.
