During an ODI against Bangladesh, the India skipper smashed the stumps with her bat after being given out before calling the umpiring "pathetic" in the post-match ceremony
Harmanpreet Kaur has been handed a two-match suspension by the ICC following her outburst in Dhaka, ruling her out of India's opening two matches at the 2023 Asian Games.
It comes after two separate breaches of the code of conduct during the third ODI between India and Bangladesh on Sunday (July 23).
After being given out lbw, Kaur hit the stumps with her bat and later called the standard of umpiring "pathetic" during the post-match ceremony.

For "showing dissent at an umpire's decision", she was fined 50 per cent of her match fee and had three demerit points added to her disciplinary record.
For the lesser charge of "public criticism in relation to an incident occurring in an international match" she received one demerit point and was fined 25 per cent of her match fee.
Kaur is the first female cricketer to be found guilty of a level two offence.
Under ICC rules, if a player receives four or more demerit points during a 24-month period, they are converted into suspension points and a player is banned.
Kaur admitted the offences and accepted the punishment, therefore there was no need for a formal hearing.
Prior to Sunday, Kaur's most recent demerit point came in the 2017 Women's Cricket World Cup against Australia when she flung her helmet to the ground and shouted at her batting partner, Deepti Sharma.
