The England batter, who was rested for the Sri Lanka ODIs, opts to withdraw from what would have been her sixth season following a busy domestic and international summer
England's Danni Wyatt has pulled out of the upcoming Women's Big Bash League, when she was due to represent Perth Scorchers, due to fatigue.
In a statement confirming the news, the 2021/22 champions said: "The club will now commence its search for a replacement overseas player."
Wyatt, who has played in five previous editions for Melbourne Renegades and Brisbane Heat, was one of the two additions made by Scorchers during September's overseas player draft. They later added countrywoman Amy Jones as a direct signing.
Wyatt was rested for the Sri Lanka one-day internationals following a busy domestic and international summer. She was ever-present for England during the Ashes and for Southern Brave during The Hundred and played nine times for Southern Vipers across the Charlotte Edwards Cup and Rachael Heyhoe-Flint Trophy.

With Sophie Devine, who was retained during the draft, and Beth Mooney set to open the batting for Scorchers they may now lean towards bolstering their middle order ahead of the ninth edition of the WBBL, which gets underway on October 19.
The news follows Sophie Ecclestone's withdrawal from the competition prior to the draft having dislocated her right shoulder during a warm-up before Manchester Originals' women's Hundred match against Brave in August.
Nat Sciver-Brunt, who took a break from the sport to manage her mental health in 2022, is also not involved after choosing not to enter the draft.
Nevertheless, England will be well represented in Australia this winter with Danielle Gibson, Georgia Adams (both Adelaide Strikers), Bess Heath (Brisbane Heat), Bryony Smith (Hobart Hurricanes), Alice Capsey, Maia Bouchier, Sophia Dunkley (all Melbourne Stars), Jones (Scorchers), Heather Knight and Lauren Bell (both Sydney Thunder) signed up to compete.
