The allrounder limped off the field during the victory over South Africa with apparent back soreness and is expected to be left out for the group finale against Bangladesh
Ellyse Perry is likely to miss the World Cup clash with Bangladesh but Australia remain optimistic she will be available for the semi-final next week.
The 31-year-old limped out of the five-wicket win over South Africa after bowling just three overs.
She was replaced by Nicola Carey and remained off the field for the whole innings, and didn't feature in the chase.
Captain Meg Lanning confirmed Perry would have been fit enough to bat if required but she wasn't among the top seven when she would normally have come in at No.4.
Already assured of a semi-final berth as group winners, Australia's clash with Bangladesh is a virtual dead-rubber.
Perry is not expected to be risked in the hope she can recover in time for the last four clash on March 30 in Wellington.
"We'll manage her over the next few days and whether she's available for the next game, I'm not too sure," Lanning said.

"But we need to have her for that semi-final and hopefully a final.
"For her to go off, obviously there's something (wrong) there, she's a pretty tough character, so hopefully it's nothing too serious.
"If she's not 100 per cent and able to perform her role there's a chance that she won't play (against Bangladesh) but if she comes up pretty well and she's fit and available then she'll play.
"I don't think we'll look to rest any players that are available (for that match), but we certainly won't be taking any risks with any key players."
Australia will be eager to avoid a repeat of the T20 World Cup in 2020 when a hamstring injury ruled Perry out of the latter stages.
In 127 one-day internationals, the Sydney-native has scored 3,352 runs and taken 161 wickets. In 2013, she was part of the Australian side that won the 50-over title with a victory over West Indies in the final.
