Uncapped wicketkeeper-batsman Anthony Bramble has also earned a call-up alongside the experienced duo in the squad for the first two games of the three-match T20I series against Virat Kohli's men
Kieron Pollard and Sunil Narine have been recalled to the West Indies side for their first two T20Is against India which begin a week on Saturday.
The experienced T20 franchise duo have been joined in the squad by uncapped wicketkeeper-batsman Anthony Bramble for the matches which are taking place in Florida at the beginning of next month.
Narine, who last played T20s for his country almost two years ago, is joined in the spin department by left-armer Khary Pierre in the side captained by Carlos Brathwaite.
Allrounder Andre Russell is another inclusion in the squad but will need to prove his fitness following the knee injury which forced him out of the World Cup, while opening batsman John Campbell takes the spot vacated by Chris Gayle who is unavailable due to his involvement in the Canada GT20.

Sunil Narine has been recalled after almost two years since his last T20I
Robert Haynes, the intern chairman of selection, said: "We felt that players like Narine and Pollard, who have played well in T20 leagues around the world, once they are fit and mentally ready to play, we must give them the opportunity to represent the West Indies again.
"It's not just about the present - the India tour of the West Indies - but we are also looking at the T20 World Cup coming up next year and it is important that we find the right combination of players and the right formula for defending our title.
"We have to make sure that we put certain things in place now, so that when it comes to picking the squad for the T20 World Cup, it becomes easier, so we are giving more players the opportunity to play and get the exposure."
The selectors could make changes to the squad for the third T20I in Guyana. India's tour will also see the sides contest three ODIs and two Tests.
