England wrapped up a 5-0 T20I series win over West Indies on December 22 after bowling their opponents out for 43, a result which also extended their winning run under Jon Lewis to eight matches
England are playing their "best cricket" as a result of the "relaxed environment" created by Jon Lewis, believes Freya Davies.
Lewis' side wrapped up a 5-0 T20 series win over West Indies on December 22 after bowling their hosts out for just 43. The successful chase was completed inside six overs for the loss of two wickets.
The result also extended England’s winning run under their new head coach to eight matches following a 3-0 win in the ODI leg of the tour.
Players have quick to praise the new regime throughout the tour, with bowler Lauren Bell lauding the "inspiring and entertaining cricket" England are being encouraged to play and Kate Cross hailing the buy-in from her teammates in adopting Lewis' "attacking style".

Davies, who picked up 3 for 2 in the fifth T20I, is no exception: "The atmosphere on this tour has been really nice, interesting with a new head coach and everyone getting to know each other but we've got such a lovely group so that atmosphere has been great. It's hard to be too sad in the Caribbean.
"Lewy [Jon Lewis] has created a really relaxed environment where we can just be ourselves and play our best cricket and it's definitely shown on the pitch."
Reflecting on England's one-sided eight-wicket win in Bridgetown, she added: "I felt really good. There was a bit of swing out there which is always nice to see. We had just talked about being attacking and went with the positive option and it came off today.
"In terms of plans, we talked a little bit about Hayley [Matthews] as she's probably their biggest threat with the bat, so we had some plans to her but otherwise the aim was to keep the stumps in play and continue looking for wickets."
