Welsh Fire host Southern Brave in the next match of the women's Hundred 2023.
The game is due to start at 2.30pm BST on Saturday, August 12.
Welsh Fire's home ground is Sophia Gardens in Cardiff.
Welsh Fire currently remain unbeaten in this year's women's Hundred after they registered their third win of the campaign at Edgbaston against Birmingham Phoenix on August 10. Shabnim Ismail was the difference between the two sides, picking up a hat-trick in the final set to secure a three-run win. Tammy Beaumont starred with the bat, scoring 59 runs to help her side to 137 for 7.
Southern Brave were victorious against London Spirit on August 8 at Lord's, chasing down Spirit's 104 with three balls remaining. Georgia Adams' four wickets and Maia Bouchier's 63 not out secured the Brave's third victory of the campaign.
Brave have only fallen short once at this year's Hundred, and that was against Welsh Fire. Brave were only a handful of runs short of chasing 166, losing by four runs.
Welsh Fire's opening partnership of Beaumont and Hayley Matthews are the big run-scoring threats and will be key wickets for the likes of Anya Shrubsole and Adams, particularly during the powerplay. Ismail's form going into this match will be vital to restricting the likes of Smriti Mandhana, Danni Wyatt, and Maia Bouchier, who have all scored freely during The Hundred.
