Northern Superchargers host Birmingham Phoenix in the fourth match of the women's Hundred 2023.
The game is due to start at 3pm BST on Thursday, August 3.
Northern Superchargers' home ground is Headingley in Leeds.
As it's the first game of the season for both sides form isn't particularly important at this stage.
However, given the league standings from last season's competition, which saw Phoenix and Superchargers finish on level points in fourth and fifth position, respectively, both sides will be eager to push on and compete for the trophy - expect a tight affair.
Retaining Emily Arlott, who was the third highest wicket-taker in last year's competition, and Issy Wong, and snapping up star domestic spinner Katie Levick means Phoenix have an enviable bowling attack.
The loss of powerhouse Laura Wolvaardt, who scored the most runs in last year's competition, is a massive blow for the Superchargers and will put even more pressure on the top order, led by Jemimah Rodrigues, to ride out the spells of players like Arlott. Can the likes of Hollie Armitage and Bess Heath translate their form for Northern Diamonds into performances for Superchargers?
However, the addition of former Manchester Originals captain Kate Cross and the spin of multiple World Cup winner Georgia Wareham will make for a good battle with Eve Jones, Amy Jones, and Sophie Devine.
