London Spirit host Oval Invincibles in the third match of the women's Hundred 2023.
The game is due to start at 3pm BST on Wednesday, August 2.
London Spirit's home ground is Lord's.
Oval Invincibles are the team to beat in the women's Hundred after winning back-to-back titles in 2021 and 2022. They had a mixed campaign in 2021, finishing second with four wins from eight matches and taking the long route through the knockout stages, but in 2022, they lost just once during their title defence.
London Spirit, by contrast, underwhelmed in 2022, winning just two of their six matches to finish the season in seventh position.
Oval Invincibles have won all three of the meetings between the two sides.
In the three previous meetings between the two sides, London Spirit have posted 80 all out, 103 for 9 and 117 for 7. On each occasion, at least three members of the top six have been dismissed for single-figure knocks.
It will be a slightly new look bowling attack for the Invincibles, with Shabnim Ismail no longer in the squad, but they still have Mady Villiers, who picked up 4 for 12, including both openers, when the two sides met in 2022.
As for Spirit, on paper there's a lot to like about their top batting, with Heather Knight, Richa Ghosh, Amelia Kerr and Grace Scrivens among the players at their disposal. The question is, can they hold themselves together against the Invincibles?
