Manchester Originals host Welsh Fire in the latest game of the men's Hundred in 2022.
The match is scheduled to start at 6.30pm BST on Tuesday, August 16.
Emirates Old Trafford is the venue, with this match the second slice of a doubleheader that follows the women's fixture between the same teams.
It's been a difficult start to The Hundred for Manchester Originals and Welsh Fire as both have yet to record a victory in their opening three matches.
After posting a laudable total of 189, the Originals succumbed to a Dawid Malan masterclass after the international thwacked 98 off just 44 balls for his Trent Rockets side to seal an impressive eight-wicket win on a sizzling Saturday afternoon.
Phil Salt thundered his way to a fine total of 70, but it was not enough as Alex Hales and Dawid Malan chased down the high total with six deliveries to spare.
For Gary Kirsten's Welsh Fire, they too will go in search of a valuable win to kick-start their campaign in this battle of the basement sides. Saturday saw the Fire taste their third defeat in as many games after a narrow four-run loss at the hands of Birmingham Phoenix on Saturday evening.
A glossy, free-flowing knock of 44 from 32 deliveries from Tom Banton helped anchor the side, but finding valuable support proved out of reach as Phoenix's Kane Richardson bowled metronomically and precisely to slow the run-rate.

Manchester Originals will be hoping it's a fond farewell for Australian allrounder Sean Abbott, who is due to play his final match in The Hundred before heading home to take part in the upcoming one-day internationals against Zimbabwe.
Simon Katich's side were unchanged in their previous encounter with Trent Rockets, and are likely to keep the same XI that houses a wealth of spin options in Matt Parkinson, Tom Hartley and Tristan Stubbs.
Similarly, Welsh Fire's Adam Zampa is also set to return to his homeland soon to face Zimbabwe, with this likely to be the spinner's final outing. Ollie Pope, too, has left the squad to join up with his England teammates for the forthcoming Test with South Africa that commences on Wednesday.
It is with the ball in hand where Originals have been lacking so far. Scores of 162, 160 and 193 from their opponents have tasked Jos Buttler and co. with an uphill battle. For this reason, it is the battle between the Originals' bowlers and Welsh Fire's batters that will decide the outcome.
Fire have also been expensive with the ball; and if Buttler, Phil Salt and Wayne Madsen are not sufficiently contained then the side from Cardiff will be heading home empty-handed for a fourth successive time.
There are still tickets remaining for this match.
There's a 40 per cent chance of light rain at the scheduled start time, though this is expected to clear by 8pm. There are highs of 21 degrees in Old Trafford for Tuesday.
