India wicketkeeper Richa Ghosh has also been signed by Spirit as a replacement for Georgia Redmayne while teenage quick Mahika Gaur has joined Manchester Originals
The final squads for the 2023 Women's Hundred have been confirmed, with London Spirit snapping up England international Lauren Filer.
The quick made a splash during the Women's Ashes Test at Trent Bridge, taking four wickets on her international debut, and has taken 23 wickets with an economy of 6.16 during her T20 career. She picked up two wickets in six outings for Welsh Fire in 2022.
Spirit have also secured the services of India wicketkeeper Richa Ghosh as a replacement for injured Australian Georgia Redmayne.
Oval Invincibles have brought in Lizzie Scott to replace Tash Farrant, who is currently on the sidelines following a recurrence of a stress fracture, while Emma Jones (Trent Rockets) and Phoebe Franklin (Northern Superchargers) have been replaced by Lizzie Scott and Cassidy McCarthy, respectively.
Elsewhere, Fran Wilson and Beth Langston, members of England's 2017 World Cup-winning squad, have joined Trent Rockets and Oval Invincibles.
