He has been replaced at Birmingham, who are still in the running to qualify for the knockout stages, by Sol Budinger
Lian Livingstone has become the latest member of England's white-ball side to be ruled out of the remainder of The Hundred after picking up an ankle injury.
The big-hitting allrounder, who has become a major player in the middle order for Jos Buttler's team, has been representing Birmingham Phoenix in The Hundred. On Sunday, he was also signed up as the first pick in the inaugural Big Bash overseas player draft by Melbourne Renegades.
Like Buttler, however, his tournament is over, adding to England's worries ahead of a winter that includes a tour of Pakistan and the T20 World Cup in Australia.

Budinger, the Nottinghamshire batter, is set to join Leicestershire at the end of the season.
A fast-scoring left-hander, the 23-year-old scored 358 runs in nine Royal London Cup matches this season, with an strike rate of 142.06 – the best number of anyone in the competition who scored more than 250 runs.
Nottinghamshire, who lose a significant number of their batters to the Hundred, had hoped Budinger would sign a new deal but understand his desire for more first-team cricket.
