The 43-year-old is set to feature for Guyana Amazon Warriors in this year's CPL.
His deputy, Sangha, is less than half the South African's age. He was Australia's leading wicket-taker at the 2020 Under-19 World Cup and has Big Bash experience with Sydney Thunder.

From 27 career T20 matches, Sangha has a haul of 37 wickets at an economy rate of a little over 7.5 runs per over.
Tahir has not made a major impact on The Hundred in 2022, with two wickets so far this season. His economy rate - 154 per 100 balls - has been costly.
Phoenix sit fifth in the standings, with two wins and three defeats from their first five outings. They are next due in action on Tuesday (August 23) against Oval Invincibles.
