It’s a Midlands mix in our first episode, as Warwickshire’s Sam Hain and Nottinghamshire’s Jack Haynes pick their selections for the playlist that gives you a new angle on exercise.

Sam choice is ‘Wagon Wheel’ by Darius Rucker, which he calls an “absolute banger that will have you hooked and primed for your exercise routine.”

As for Jack, he picks Jamie Webster’s ‘Weekend in Paradise’, to help “everyone get active and moving”, as well as providing you with that “final push” for a gym session.
