The Cricketer looks ahead to the final day of this year's T20 Blast group stage, with the race for the quarter-finals in the South Division going right down to the wire
Where: Old Trafford
When: Friday, August 30. Play begins at 6.30pm.
Lowdown: Lancashire will know momentum is key heading into the knockout stages and will look to keep it going to confirm themselves as group winners with victory over a Leicestershire side who have impressed in parts during the campaign but have not been able to muster enough to finish in the top four positions.
One to watch: The onus was on him before the tournament started, and Liam Livingstone looks to be living up to that label and playing himself into some consistent form at just the right time after injury last month.
Weather: A very slight chance of rain during the afternoon should be offset by an overcast but dry evening.

Where: County Ground, Northampton
When: Friday, August 30. Play begins at 6.30pm.
Lowdown: Quarter-finalists Worcestershire have not enjoyed ideal preparations for the knockout stages with a washout against Nottinghamshire on Wednesday and three defeats in their last five completed Blast games, so they will need to gain some momentum here against a struggling Northants outfit.
One to watch: Ross Whiteley's 89 against Lancashire demonstrated that he can add significant lower-order runs when required, which will come as a huge boost to the top order who have been excellent for the majority of the campaign.
Weather: A cloudy start to the day will give way to brighter spells in the evening with temperatures going into the low 20s.

Only Glenn Maxwell has scored more runs than Liam Livingstone in this year's Blast for Lancashire
Where: Trent Bridge
When: Friday, August 30. Play begins at 6.30pm.
Lowdown: Nottinghamshire will require East Midlands rivals Leicestershire to do them a favour if they are to have any chance of sealing top spot, but in Notts' own way stand Durham who have succumbed to the pressure at the wrong time after a couple of damaging defeats.
One to watch: He has been there and done it all before, but Harry Gurney's form heading into the quarter-finals will determine how far the 2017 winners will go this year.
Weather: Overcast conditions throughout much of the day should eventually clear for some sun as Trent Bridge hosts its final match of the 2019 Blast group stage.

When: Friday, August 30. Play begins at 6.30pm.
Lowdown: A virtual dead rubber with neither side able to proceed to the next stage of the competition, but both sides will want the win to take the subsequent momentum into the business end of the County Championship season.
One to watch: It was the Ed Pollock show on Tuesday evening in Durham and will hope to end the Blast campaing on a high ahead of a potentially more fruitful tournament next year.
Weather: Sunny intervals expected among some more overcast weather with temperatures nudging 20 degrees Celsius.

Where: Chelmsford
When: Friday, August 30. Play begins at 6.30pm.
Lowdown: The weather has played its part, but Kent have not won in the Blast since the beginning of the month, and with their place in the quarter-finals still not secure despite their excellent start to the competition, they will need a big performance here against an Essex side who have had games regularly washed out this season.
One to watch: Faf du Plessis has already experienced one failure this summer, but Kent will hope the experience gained from South Africa's poor World Cup campaign can serve to help the county in confirming their quarter-final spot.
Weather: It's set to be dry and bright in Chelmsford, with temperatures hovering around the 20 degrees Celsius mark.

Where: Sophia Gardens
When: Friday, August 30. Play begins at 6.30pm.
Lowdown: It is going to take something extremely special to see Hampshire qualify for the quarter-finals, but James Vince's men are still in with an outside chance and will have to secure a victory against winless Glamorgan if they are to keep that slim opportunity alive.
One to watch: The best average with bat and ball for Hampshire in this year's Blast, England may once again look to include Liam Dawson in their T20 plans ahead of the World Cup next year.
Weather: Another positive outlook on the weather front in Wales, with sunny intervals changing to cloudy conditions by sunset.

Lowdown: The match with the most riding on it, Somerset will have to beat their quarter-final qualification competitors Middlesex to secure passage into the knockout stages.
One to watch: He has stepped up throughout the tournament, but it has been a quiet few outings for Babar Azam in recent matches by his very high standards. He will need to unearth another stunning display with the bat to ensure Somerset's Blast campaign does not end here.
Weather: A cloudy start to proceedings but some sunny spells should eventually break through just before sunset.
