Amir replaces Naseem Shah, who is not returning to Gloucestershire this summer
Mohammad Amir has re-joined Gloucestershire for the remainder of their T20 Blast campaign.
The Pakistani left-armer represented the county earlier this season in the LV= Insurance County Championship after Naseem Shah suffered a shoulder injury.
Following the news that Shah will not be returning to Bristol this season after heading home for personal reasons at the start of June, Amir has been summoned once again as his compatriot's replacement.
"We're delighted to welcome back Mohammad to the squad," said Steve Snell, Gloucestershire's performance director.

"He's a proven international performer and to have his experience available to us for the remainder of the Blast tournament will be invaluable.
"He has spent a lot of time with us this season and he knows the environment well, so for him to join us at this time will greatly help as we look to kick on for the second half of the T20 Blast campaign."
Gloucestershire currently occupy the fourth qualification spot in their Blast group, having won four of their eight games.
