The 35-year-old, who has been involved in the Surrey set-up for 19 years, has taken 583 wickets in 331 appearances in all competitions
Former England seamer Jade Dernbach will leave Surrey at the end of the 2021 season due to a lack of playing time.
The 35-year-old, who made his debut for the club in 2003 against India A, has taken 583 wickets in 331 appearances in all competitions, winning the CB40 Trophy in 2011 and the County Championship in 2018.
He is also the club’s joint leading wicket-taker in T20 history, with 114 wickets at an average of 27.11 in 111 matches, and captained Surrey during their 2018 and 2019 Blast campaigns.
Representing England between 2011 and 2014, Dernbach played in 24 ODIs and 34 T20Is, taking 70 wickets.
Having found his playing opportunities limited this season, Dernbach recently went on loan to Derbyshire and made two Blast appearances for the Falcons, taking five wickets and scoring seven runs.

Commenting on his decision to leave Surrey, Dernbach said: "I would like to thank Surrey for everything they have done for me, this has been my home for the best part of 20 years and I will certainly miss it.
"It’s the right time for me to take on a new challenge as my opportunities would have been limited at Surrey but I wish all the players the best of luck for the future and look forward to returning to the Kia Oval in the near future.”
Meanwhile, director of cricket, Alec Stewart, added: "On behalf of everyone at the club, I would like to thank Jade for everything he’s done and achieved for Surrey – he is a real club man through and through and has been outstanding in the way he’s played his cricket.
"When wearing the three feathers on his chest he has always been fully committed and has offered his knowledge and experience to all his teammates.
"He leaves with our very best wishes and will always be warmly welcomed back at The Kia Oval in the future. Thank you Jader, you’ll be missed."
