Marlow's form in 2022 earned her a spot in England's squad for the Under-19s Women's T20 World Cup and a professional contract with Diamonds
DOB: April 12, 2004
Role: Right-hand bat, right-arm off-spin
One to watch in 2023, Emma Marlow enjoyed a breakout debut campaign. The spinner took 14 wickets in 11 outings for Diamonds in 2022, featuring in the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy final at Lord's and recording a team-leading economy of 4.94 in the Charlotte Edwards Cup.
Her form earned her a spot in England's squad for the Under-19s T20 World Cup in South Africa, during which she featured twice en route to the final, and a professional contract.
Marlow was a late arrival to cricket, picking up the sport as a 12-year-old, but quickly found her way into Yorkshire's age-group system, captaining the side at Under-15s. She was also selected for the 2021 Schools Games National finals alongside the likes of Sonali Patel, Grace Scrivens and Davina Perrin.
She joined Northern Diamonds' senior side after being crowned academy player of the year in 2021, the same year she made her Yorkshire debut.
Marlow's cricketing hero is Katherine Brunt while her favourite cricketing moment was recording figures of 5 for 7 for the Diamonds academy – her first five-for.
