Topley has enjoyed a productive tour against West Indies, claiming three wickets and returning an economy rate below six from his three outings to date.
The 27-year-old is making his first appearances for his country since the 2016 T20 World Cup, after an impressive comeback from injury.
Thirty-four-year-old Maqsood has one T20I cap for Pakistan, and a career economy rate of 7.61.
The Central Punjab seamer has previously been on the books of Karachi Kings in the PSL.
