Karachi: Lahore Qalandars 198-6, Quetta Gladiators 135-8 - Lahore Qalandars win by 63 runs
Lahore Qalandars handed Quetta Gladiators their third Pakistan Super League defeat of the season as the reigning champions put together a complete display to ease to a routine victory.
After all of Lahore's top six contributed to a total of 198 for 6, topped off by Shai Hope's 47, Quetta folded in response.
Shaheen Shah Afridi – somewhere near his best – and David Wiese shared six wickets, while Rashid Khan was played out for just 17 in four overs.
Jason Roy showed a glimpse of a return to form, with five sixes in a 30-ball 48, but his was a lone fight.
Mohammad Hafeez made 25 and Marti Guptill struggled for 15, while Sarfraz Ahmed – down at No.8 – ended unbeaten on 16 and was the only other Gladiators batter to reach double figures.

Quetta got off to the worst possible start, losing Abdul Bangalzai first ball to a trademark Afridi in-swinging yorker.
Roy dominated a 47-run stand in six overs for the second wicket, but Guptill's departure in the first over after the powerplay precipitated a collapse through the middle overs as Lahore took charge.
Earlier, Mirza Baig (31) and Fakhar Zaman (22) had provided the perfect start in the powerplay, taking Qalandars to 49 inside five overs, setting up the innings for Kamran Ghulam (21), Hope, Hussain Talat (26) and Sikandar Raza (32*) to set up a match-winning total.
