James Vince and Mahmadullah have been ruled out after both testing positive for Covid-19, leading to further changes
Multan Sultans have acquired Joe Denly and Brendan Taylor for the Pakistan Super League playoffs.
James Vince and initial replacement Mahmudullah have both tested positive for Covid-19 and have been ruled out.
Denly, who had previously played 12 matches across two editions for Karachi Kings, is available after being left out of England's white-ball squad to face South Africa.
Taylor is currently in Pakistan on Zimbabwe's limited-overs tour. His PSL experience extends to four outings for Lahore Qalandars in 2018-19, during which he scored just 17 runs.

The fifth edition of the PSL, the first which will be entirely be played in Pakistan, will resume on November 14 with the playoff stage.
Table-toppers Sultans face Kings for a place in the final, with the loser taking on either Qalandars or Peshawar Zalmi in the second qualifier.
The two finalists meet on November 17, bringing an end to a competition which due to the coronavirus began back in February. All four matches in the knock-out phase will take place in Karachi after being moved from Lahore due to smog.
