Navjot has played a pivotal role in organising the Sikh Games, a significant event aimed at promoting cricket and other sports within the Sikh community. The games have successfully drawn participation from over 120 players representing nine different regions, including Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Birmingham, and Bradford. Notably, a team from the Ministry of Defence in Hampshire also took part. While cricket emerged as the highlight of the event, with enthusiastic participation, other sports such as football, powerlifting, and hockey were also featured.

Taking Milnrow CC into the local primary schools to gain interest and offer opportunities to kids that may never pick up a cricket bat. Visiting the schools has boosted the size of the under 9s team from 9 up to 30 plus who now run up to training. This has allowed Milnrow to create 3 under 9 teams. Kids are the future of all clubs.
