With 34 worthy nominees in contention across six categories, it's time to vote for the winners of this year's LV= Insurance Pride of Cricket Awards
The nominations are in and have been painstakingly whittled down to reveal the shortlists for the 2023 LV= Insurance Pride of Cricket Awards.
This year's awards see a total of 34 unsung heroes from England and Wales's cricketing community nominated across six categories: Club Hero, Media Hero, Community Hero, Fundraising Hero, Young Hero and the Pride of Cricket Award.
It's now over to you to vote for the people and stories that shine brightest.
Voting is open via the links below, with the ballots set to close at 4pm on Monday, July 31.
The public vote accounts for 50 per cent of the overall judging in each category, with the other half decided by a jury of cricket writers and representatives from LV= Insurance.
"Congratulations to all the nominees for this year's awards," said Jonathan Mansley, LV= General Insurance Sales and Marketing Director.
"LV= Insurance are proud supporters of grassroots cricket through our £1m initiative #Funds4Runs, jointly funded with the ECB, and it has been a joy to hear some of the incredible stories of our grassroots cricket heroes around the country."
Sam Morshead, The Cricketer's digital editor, paid tribute the quality and quantity of the nominations received for the 2023 awards.
"It was no easy task selecting the six shortlists. The calibre of entries has once again been nothing short of astonishing, and it's a pleasure to learn about the remarkable work happening at cricket clubs up and down the country."
"The work that the nominees - almost always unpaid volunteers - do so often goes unnoticed. So please do read their stories and vote for the people you think most deserve to be recognised for these awards."
With voting closing at the end of July, the 2023 LV= Insurance Pride of Cricket Awards winners - and their stories - will be announced in September.
