Morgan comes across as an intelligent fellow and I'm sure he'll be there for his successors should they need his advice, but equally he'll want to take a back seat and let the new regime go about its business unhindered. There's no evidence to suggest that the current crop of players are going to suddenly suffer a crisis of confidence because Morgan's not in the dressing room.
