England's Sarah Glenn ruled out of two New Zealand ODIs

Glenn is now adhering to the ECB's return-to-play protocols, which rules her out of the fourth (March 27) and fifth (March 29) T20Is, as well as the first two ODIs on April 1 and April 4)

Sarah Glenn will miss the majority of England Women's ODI series against New Zealand with concussion.

The leg-spinner banged her head on the ground during an unsuccessful attempt to catch Bernadine Bezuidenhout at mid-off, during England's narrow defeat at Nelson in the third T20I.

Initially, the leg-spinner stayed on the field, and she promptly dismissed Suzie Bates in her only over with the ball.

But she then left the field, with Heather Knight bowling three overs to complete Glenn's allocation. Hollie Armitage replaced her a concussion substitute for the remainder of the game.

Glenn is now adhering to the ECB's return-to-play protocols, which rules her out of the fourth (March 27) and fifth (March 29) T20Is, as well as the first two ODIs on April 1 and April 4).

As it stands, she will be available for the final match of the tour on April 7 in Hamilton.

England haven't called up a replacement for either the T20I or ODI squad, but England A are also in New Zealand. Linsey Smith, Glenn's fellow spinner, was part of the England squad for the first three T20Is, before returning to the England A tour once Sophie Ecclestone arrived from the WPL.
