West Indies are on the hunt for a new women's head coach after choosing not to renew Courtney Walsh's contract.
Cricket West Indies announced that the great former fast bowler was being let go following a review of the national team's performances.
CWI also announced that his assistants, Robert Samuels and Corey Collymore, are set to depart alongside him.
"We are very grateful for the contribution of Courtney and his technical team over the past two and a half years, and we wish them all the best going forward," said CWI director of cricket Jimmy Adams.
"CWI remains committed to our international women's programme and will now be focusing on recruiting a new head coach and technical support team."
He confirmed that an interim coaching structure would be put in place until a replacement is found.
During Walsh's stint in charge, which began in October 2020, West Indies won home and away against Pakistan and reached the semi-finals of the 50-over World Cup in 2022.

But they failed to make it past the group stage of this year's T20 World Cup, winning just two matches.
There have also been signs of discontent during Walsh's time in charge, with star allrounder Deandra Dottin taking to Twitter last July to announce her retirement from international cricket.
In her statement, she said that "the current climate and team environment has been non-conductive to my ability to thrive and reignite my passion".
She added: "I realise that I am no longer able to adhere to team culture and team environment as it has undermined my ability to perform excellently."
