Sydney Sixers host Sydney Thunder in match 52 of the WBBL; the eighth edition of the tournament.
The game is scheduled to start at 7.05pm local time (8.05am GMT) on Friday, November 18.
The game will be played in Sydney at the North Sydney Oval.
Sydney Sixers are through to the latter stages as league winners, confirming that status in extraordinary fashion against Brisbane Heat, with Sophie Ecclestone smashing 47 off 25 balls alongside Nicole Bolton's half century to clinch victory from the jaws of defeat.
That was Sixers' third consecutive win, and they will be confident of making that four against local rivals Thunder, who have won just once all year. Their competition has long been over and they are in line for the wooden spoon after being routed by Melbourne Renegades last time out.

Alyssa Healy has found form for Sydney just at the right time, smashing an unbeaten 107 against Perth Scorchers last week before missing out in the thriller against Heat. In her place, Ecclestone and Bolton came good.
For Thunder, nothing has gone right this season, but the next two games mark the final two appearances of Rachael Haynes' career ahead of her retirement, so they still have something to play for in that regard. They will want to send her off in the best way possible.
Dry and pleasant in Sydney on Friday evening.
Young wicketkeeper-batter Hannah Trethewy is in Sixers' squad for the Sydney derby.
Thunder head coach Trevor Griffin said: "The team wanted to go out and perform for her and to get through to the finals. That clearly hasn't happened, so there'll be a determination to make sure we finish the competition on a high and provide Racheal with the send-off she deserves.
"I've loved working with Rachael, really loved it. Her and Heather Knight are the two best captains I've worked with - they're different but similar in so many ways.
"Rachael is a clear leader and she has helped me no end to learn and develop and progress as a coach. I spoke to her earlier in the campaign and said I'd miss working with her, but I also said it was my hope that one day in the future we'd find a way to work together again."
