The pair have been promoted to the top tier of officials for the 2019-20 international seasons and can now stand in one-day matches outside of their home country
Michael Gough and Joel Wilson are the latest additions to the ICC Elite Panel of Umpires for the 2019-20 international season.
Englishman Gough, 39, has stood in nine Tests, 59 one-day internationals and 14 T20s since his career began back in 2006.
West Indian Wilson, 52, is a veteran of over a century of international games with 13 Tests, 63 ODIs and 26 T20s to his name.
Both men join the top tier umpires list, swelling the group to 12.
Gough and Wilson will now be given an enhanced role in Test matches across the world and can now take charge of ODIs outside of their home country.

While five-day games require both umpires to be neutral, 50 and 20-over matches can be officiated by an individual from one of the competing sides.
The ICC's senior manager of umpires and referees Adrian Griffith said: "Being an elite official is an extremely challenging job. Every decision is scrutinized by millions of fans and each match official is subject to a rigorous ongoing performance assessment throughout the year.
"We are fortunate to have some fantastic officials who are able to withstand the pressures of the job and deliver consistently on the international stage. Michael and Joel are deserving additions to the Emirates ICC Elite Panel of Umpires and I wish them all the best for the coming season and for the future."
