Nottinghamshire seamer Toby Pettman has signed a new contract with the county.
The tall right-armer, who was loaned out to both Kent and Derbyshire last season, has extended his deal to remain at Trent Bridge until at least the end of the 2024 summer.
A graduate of Oxford University, where he captained the MCCU team, Pettman was signed shortly after impressing coaches Paul Franks and Kevin Shine during a trial day at Loughborough.
He made his List A debut in August during the Royal London Cup and played the first three County Championship matches of his career for Derbyshire and Kent in June and July.
"I'm delighted to be continuing my cricketing journey with Nottinghamshire," he said. "We have a great group of people here, who have helped me make enormous improvements in my own game, and we have an opportunity to achieve considerable success as a team in the coming years.

"I'm grateful for the support I've received, particularly from Kevin Shine, and I'm excited to see what the next couple of years have in store."
Nottinghamshire head coach Peter Moores added: "Toby has had a fantastic season. He's dominated second-eleven cricket and impressed everyone during our Royal London campaign.
"His height and upright action create steep bounce and he continues to increase his level of skill and consistency as a bowler. He's also a great advert for the current loan system. Both Derby and Kent used him to supplement their squads, providing him with invaluable experience."
