Attempts to avoid a series whitewash by England have been handed a blow with the loss of the teenage seamer to a shoulder injury which kept him out of the second Test defeat in Multan
Pakistan will be without seamer Naseem Shah for the third Test against England in Karachi.
The 19-year-old sat out the second Test defeat in Multan with a shoulder issue.
And having yet to recover from the injury, Naseem has been ruled out of the concluding match of the series, which starts on December 17. No replacement has been called up.
A PCB statement read: "The fast bowler will travel to Lahore where he will undergo further assessment at the National High Performance Centre before beginning rehabilitation."

Both sides travel to Karachi on Wednesday afternoon (December 14).
It is the latest blow to befall Pakistan's seam attack with Shaheen Shah Afridi and Haris Rauf already on the sidelines.
Naseem, who has 38 wickets in 14 Tests, will hope of being fit in time for the start of the New Zealand Test series, which begins on December 26.
With England having already secured an unassailable 2-0 lead, Pakistan head to the National Stadium hoping to avoid a series whitewash.
