Shaheen Afridi has signed for Notts Outlaws for the 2023 T20 Vitality Blast.
The Pakistan superstar has 47 international T20 caps to his name, as well as 25 Test caps and 32 ODI appearances for his country.
The left-arm quick has taken 58 T20I wickets, including 18 wickets in T20 World Cup matches in just 13 matches, the fifth most in Pakistan's history. Shaheeen took 11 wickets in the Men's T20 World Cup in November, at an average of 14.09.
The fast bowler was quoted as saying in a press release: "Notts play an aggressive brand of cricket, which suits me well. They've had great success in recent years and the likes of Alex Hales, Colin Munro and Joe Clarke are players I have faced up against in recent years and been impressed by.

"The goal is obviously to influence games to make the team as successful as possible. It's definitely an exciting move for me, and one I'm looking forward to."
The Pakistan international burst on to the domestic scene at 22, taking 8 for 39 on Quaid-e-Azam Trophy debut.
Shaheen has taken 94 wickets for Lahore Qalandars, at an average of 20.75, and has twice captained the franchise to the PSL title.

The left-armer becomes Notts second overseas signing for the Blast, after Munro.
