Mohammad Amir left the field after the second over of his spell as England chased Pakistan’s total of 195 in the second T20I between the sides.
The left-armer was holding his hamstring and initially received treatment with two balls to come in his second over. He was able to complete the over, however, before leaving the field.
By this point, his two overs had gone for 25 runs.
He briefly returned to the field later on in proceedings after 14 overs, having gingerly gone through a warm-up on the boundary edge. However, when it became apparent that he would not be able to bowl again, having been off the field for eight overs, he left the field again.
Amir was one of three seamers selected by the tourists, alongside Haris Rauf and Shaheeh Shah Afridi.
