No new date will be arranged for the fixture, which had been due to take place at Radlett, and Group A of the Royal London Cup will now be determined on an average points per game basis
The Royal London Cup game between Middlesex and Gloucestershire, scheduled to take place on Sunday, has been cancelled.
A Covid-19 outbreak at Gloucestershire has been cited as the reason for the cancellation, with several members of the away side's squad required to isolate.
No new date will be arranged for the fixture, which had been due to take place at Radlett, and Group A of the Royal London Cup will now be determined on an average points per completed game basis.
No further comment has been made by Gloucestershire on Saturday evening, with a statement on the club's website saying: "The club will endeavour to update its members and supporters in the coming days".
Gloucestershire sit fifth on six points, while Middlesex are seventh with five.
