The allrounder has committed his future to th Grace Road club until the end of the 2022 season
Allrounder Ben Mike has signed a new two-year contract with Leicestershire.
The 22-year-old's existing deal was due to expire at the end of the current year.
But Mike has accepted an extension, which runs until the end of the 2022 campaign.
A Leicestershire academy graduate, Mike made his debut in 2018 and has spent much of his professional career at Grace Road.
He played two first-class matches for Warwickshire last year during a short loan spell at Edgbaston.
Mike continued his cricketing education in 2020, his standout contribution coming via a nine-ball 22 not out to help beat Yorkshire in the T20 Blast.
Last term saw him take 12 wickets and scored 169 runs across both formats.
The news follows the signing of Ed Barnes, who arrived from Yorkshire earlier this week.
Rishi Patel and Scott Steel have also joining during the off-season, arriving from Essex and Durham respectively.
