The 37-year-old skipped the T20I series because of a heavy workload but will not return for Lisa Keightley's final matches in charge.
Amy Jones will continue as captain, with Heather Knight and Nat Sciver unavailable for the rest of the summer. The former is recovering from a hip problem while the latter is taking an indefinite break from cricket.
Freya Davies had to settle with a place in the A squad that played South Africa, missing the ODIs, but returns after taking a wicket in each of the India T20Is.

As expected, there are maiden call-ups for Alice Capsey and Freya Kemp to confirm their status as mainstays of the white-ball squads.
England round off their summer with three one-day internationals against India at Hove (September 18), Canterbury (September 21) and Lord (September 24), matches which contribute towards the new ICC Women's Championship cycle, with points leading to qualification for the World Cup in 2025.
In what will be a repeat of the 2017 World Cup final, the match at the self-styled home of cricket will be the first time England women have graced the venue since that historic occasion five years ago.
