The 21-year-old has made seven first-class appearances for the club, having come through their academy programme
George Drissell will leave Gloucestershire at the end of the season after it was confirmed that the spinner would not be offered a new contract by the county.
The 21-year-old has made seven first-class appearances for the club, having come through their academy programme.
He took his maiden first-class wicket at Cheltenham in 2018, dismissing Sussex captain Ben Brown – his first of eight wickets for Gloucestershire.
Drissell joins former captain Gareth Roderick in leaving the county at the end of the campaign, though Roderick is moving on to join Worcestershire.
Yorkshire seamer Jared Warner and former Middlesex batsman Tom Lace have both signed for Richard Dawson’s side in recent months.
Of Drissell’s departure, Dawson said: “George has been a popular member of our changing room since he became a part of the squad and it’s a shame to see him go.
“We thank George for all his contributions and commitment to the club and we wish him our best for the future.”
