The 36-year-old will become Zimbabwe’s fifth white-ball captain since the start of 2020
Zimbabwe have named Craig Ervine as captain for their upcoming white-ball tours of Ireland and Scotland.
The 36-year-old will become the fifth player to lead Zimbabwe in a limited overs match since the start of 2020, following in the footsteps of Chamu Chibhabha, Brendan Taylor, Sikandar Raza, and Sean Williams.

Zimbabwe are due to play a five-match T20I series against Ireland, with the first game scheduled for August 27, followed by a three-match ODI series.
