Chris Lynn struck the highest score in T10 League history as Maratha Arabians beat Team Abu Dhabi.

The Australia batsman scored an unbeaten 91 from just 30 deliveries on the way to the Arabians claiming victory by 24 runs in their latest Group B match.

Lynn's innings included nine fours and seven sixes, though he was denied going to three figures in the final over after being unable to get on strike until the last delivery.

Alex Hales' 87 from 32 balls also for the Arabians was the previous record until the 29-year-old captain went berserk at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium.

The knock comes just days after Lynn was ditched by Kolkata Knights Riders for next year's Indian Premier League.

Set 139 to win, Team Abu Dhabi failed to get over the line with Luke Wright scoring an unbeaten 40 while Moeen Ali registered 31 from 11 balls, as they finished on 114 for 3 from their 10 overs.
