Warwickshire have signed Chemar Holder for their remaining LV= Insurance County Championship matches. He will also be available for the Bob Willis Trophy final should his new side qualify.
The 23-year-old pace bowler took two wickets on his Test debut for West Indies against New Zealand in December 2020 and has also made one ODI appearance.
In total, Holder has taken 81 wickets in 21 first-class appearances at an average of 25.33.
He is due to arrive in the UK on Friday and should be available for Warwickshire’s Division One clash with Lancashire at Emirates Old Trafford, which is scheduled to begin on Monday, August 30.
