Hampshire wicketkeeper-batter Ben Brown has signed a new contract which will see him remain at the Ageas Bowl until at least the end of 2024.
His original deal was due to expire at the end of the 2023 campaign.
Brown signed for Hampshire in 2022, moving from their south-coast rivals Sussex, where he served as captain from 2017 to 2021.
After signing his new contract, Brown said: "We've definitely got unfinished business as a team and I'm really excited to go into the next couple of years hunting down more trophies."

Brown, who made his first-class debut for Sussex back in 2007, has amassed 9,345 first-class runs across his career and impressed in his first season with Hampshire, scoring just shy of 700 runs and picking up the club's red-ball batter of the year gong.
Widely considered as one of the best wicketkeepers on the county circuit, Brown ended the season with the third-most dismissals in Division One of the County Championship.
The 34-year-old was also ever-present in Hampshire's run to the One-Day Cup semi-final, scoring 191 runs.
Director of cricket, Giles White, added: "Ben has been a great fit for the club and has had an excellent start to his Hampshire career.
"He offers all round quality on the pitch, leadership off it and is an extremely valuable member of the side."
